Peggy Frances Marshall, 68 of Shawnee, formerly of Glouster passed away Monday October 16, 2023, at Buckeye Care and Rehab in Lancaster.  Born May 5, 1955, in Williamsburg, WV, she was the daughter of the late Tony Wallace and Carolyn Mae Williams McMillion.   Peggy loved her animals, flowers, and most of all, her family.  
She is survived by her partner, Randy Lawson who was her champion, caregiver, and her love; her best friend, her son, Michael (Kimberly Reid) Marshall whom she was extremely proud of; grandchildren, Austin Michael, Mason Elliott, Gavin Lee, Morgan Dexxter, Preston Marshall, Patrick John Marshall, Porter Marshall, and Paige Marshall; great grandchild, Korah, Annie, and Rowyn Ann; a sister, Pam (Craig) Demers of Canada; an aunt, Linda (Don) Downhour of Lancaster; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Tony Allen Marshall; a daughter, Angel Leann Marshall; a brother, Tony Randy McMillion; an aunt, Ruth Reedy; and several uncles; maternal grandparents, Elmer and Myrtle Williams; and paternal grandparents, Carrie Bell and Luther McMillion.
