Michael D. Tolliver, 39 of Glouster passed away Saturday September 23, 2023, at his residence.  Born February 1, 1984, in Athens, he was the son of the late David F. and Carolyn J. Dotson Tolliver.  He enjoyed listening to music, and was skillful in working on electronics and computers.  Michael was known for his good sense of humor and always having a smile on his face.

He is survived by a sister, Alicia F. (Curt) Allman of Vinton; a special niece, Tori Lynn Chapman of Muskegon, MI; aunts, Marilyn Jordan of Athens, Nancy (Pat) Bulstrom of Albany, Pammy Harris of Lancaster and Flossie (Howard) Keys of The Plains; an uncle, Tim (Wanda Hudnall) Hastings of New Marshfield; several cousins; and numerous advocates that were part of his life.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Foster and Faye Tolliver; maternal grandparents, Warren and Alice Dotson; aunts, Sharon Hastings, Debbie (Dale) Steenrod, and Susie Dotson; uncles, Warren Jr. and Gary Dotson, and Mark Jordan.

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday September 30, 2023 at the Morrison Funeral Chapel, Glouster-Bishopville with Rick Seiter officiating.  Visitation will take place from 1 p.m. until the time of service.  Inurnment will take place at the Hilltop Cemetery, Millfield at a later date.  Contributions can be made to Morrison Funeral Chapel, 6525 State Route 78, Glouster, Ohio 45732 to assist with final expenses.  A message of comfort may be sent to the family at www.morrisonfc.com.
