Roger A. Russell, 79 of Glouster, passed away Thursday September 7, 2023, at his residence.  He was born March 23, 1944 to the late William and Evelyn Lowery Russell.  
He is survived by his wife, Karen E. Russell; a son, Kevin Russell of Glouster; two daughters, Danette (Steve) Andrews of Jacksonville and Tammy (Troy Dampier) Russell of Ft. Myers, Florida; grandchildren Alicia (Jeff) Drake, Felicia Russell and Jeffery (Brianna Lunsford) Andrews; a great granddaughter, Arianna Decker; several nieces and nephews; special friend Dave Owen; and fur grandbabies Bella, Daisy Mae and Maisy Belle.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers Don (Jerri) Russell, Dave (Donna) Russell and William Russell; and a sister, Betty (Ron) Smith.
A cremation has taken place and there will be no services.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Morrison Funeral Chapel, Glouster-Bishopville.  A message of comfort may be sent to the family at www.morrisonfc.com.
